The Model 556 is destined to become the
most popular HWS in use. It is a deviation from the Model 557 and
offers the battle tested 65 MOA. circle/ 1 MOA. dot reticle. Its side
button operation offers quick brightness adjustments and it is powered
by the ever popular Lithium batteries. The mounting base has been
designed to clear the delta ring space needed for mounting. Utilizing
only 3.2 inches of rail space, the Model 556 requires less rail than
the small N cell Battery HWS units. This is ideal for use with
magnification or night vision and preserves adequate rail space for a
rear back up iron sight.
